Seasonal pools operate from April 1 - October 31. These pools are permitted once a year and inspected at least once during the season. Year-round (indoor pools) are permitted once per year and inspected at least twice per year.
All public swimming pools are required to submit an application every year and pay $150 fee. Also, all public swimming pools are required to have a certified operator that is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the pool.
