A $85 fee will be assessed for all operational permits. Permit to be valid until next inspection cycle as stated in the NC Fire Prevention Code 2018 Edition.

A $85 fee will be assessed for construction permits, unless noted below. Construction permits will be issued for a six-month period and will be void after construction is complete or permit expires, whichever comes first.
- Sprinkler System - $125 Plus $2 Per Head
- Fire Alarm Systems $100 Plus $2 Per Smoke, Heat Detector and Pull Station
- Above and Underground Tank Installation $100 Per Site
- Above and Underground Tank Removal $125 Per Site
Re-inspection Fee(s) for Violations of the Fire Code
- The First Re-inspection On Periodic Inspections Will Be at No Charge, the Second Re-inspection Will Be a $60 Fee and Every Inspection After Until All Violations Are Corrected.
- On Construction Permits That Have Been Called in for a Final Inspection and Do Not Pass the Inspection a Re-inspection Fee of $60 Will Be Assessed.
- Any Construction Started Prior to Plan Approval and Permits Issued Will Result in a $100 Fee Plus Permit Fees.
