Offices and facilities will be operating on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

Cold Weather Safety Tips:
People:
- Dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
- Limit time outdoors and avoid prolonged exposure to the cold.
- Keep emergency blankets and supplies in your car if travel is necessary.
Homes:
- Let faucets drip overnight to prevent pipes from freezing.
- Open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air circulate around plumbing.
- Keep thermostats at 55°F or warmer, even if you’re away.
Pets:
- Bring pets indoors. Ensure they have access to warm shelter and unfrozen water.
Neighbors:
- Check on elderly or medically vulnerable neighbors and family members, especially those who may be without heat or power.
