Wayne County, NC – The following schedule changes will be taking place this week in observance of Independence Day:
- County of Wayne Government Offices closed Friday, July 3, 2020. Offices will re-open Monday, July 6, 2020 for normal business hours.
- All branches of the Wayne County Public Library closed Friday. Library branches will be open on Monday for normal business hours.
- The Peggy M. Seegars Senior Center remains closed due to COVID-19.
- The Wayne County landfill and convenience centers will be open Friday, July 3, 2020 and will be closed Saturday, July 4, 2020. The landfill and convenience centers will re-open Monday for normal business hours.
