Wayne County, NC – Effective immediately, the County Office Building, at 301 N. Herman St in Goldsboro, will be expanding the screening process for visitors and staff of the Wayne County Health Department and Wayne County Department of Social Services.
Interim Health Director Ken Stern said, “As we continue to limit exposure risks to our clients and staff, temperature checks for all visitors to the building will be required upon entry. Individuals with a forehead reading of over 100.4 will not be permitted in the building and their appointment will be rescheduled.”
