Wayne County, NC – The Wayne County Landfill announces that fees are being waived for storm cleanup until September 21, 2019. This waiver applies to homeowners that need to bring wood, bricks, limbs, stumps and other debris to the landfill and does not apply to commercial waste haulers.
Storm debris is only being collected at the landfill and not at convenience centers. The Wayne County Landfill is located at 460 S. Landfill Road, Dudley, NC 28333 and is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Residents with questions can call the landfill at 919-689-2994.
