WAYNE COUNTY TAX FORECLOSURE SALE
The following properties will be offered for sale and sold for cash to the last and highest bidder at public auction on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM. The sales will be at the Wayne County Courthouse in Goldsboro, NC. The opening bids will include all delinquent property taxes as well as the costs of the auction. A deposit of five percent (5%) of the successful bid or Seven Hundred and Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($750.00), whichever is greater, will be required in the form of cash, certified check, or money order at the time of the sale.
