LINKS is the North Carolina Foster Care Independence Program for any youth who are/were in Wayne County custody between the ages of 13 and 21.
Youth who participates in LINKS typically meet on the 4th Saturday of the month from 9 am to 12 noon. During these meetings, topics are discussed that are engaging, fun, rewarding and provide activities that are geared towards the targeted outcomes.
