Person-to-Person Vacation Leave Sharing: Employees may receive up to 240 hours of shared leave, provided they have exhausted all other leave. The giving employee must retain 40 hours of leave unless they are separating from employment. Person-to-Person Leave Donation
Leave Bank Donation: The Leave Bank is a program that employees in extenuating circumstances who need emergent leave may request the use of 24-hour intervals of paid leave. The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) provides qualifying employees with up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year. FMLA is designed to help employees balance their work and family responsibilities by allowing them to take reasonable unpaid leave for certain family and medical reasons.
